Conflict/Action: Ned and his squad fought off the small band of Japaneses solders and found lots of food and previsions, that are not from the U.S., but in the battle Georgia boy gets shot, he lives but still gets shot. 

Predictions: I predict that Ned will get shot in battle and left for dead.

Book Author: Ernest Cline

Characters: Artimess, H, Parzival, Shoto, Ogg, Cerento, Sixers, and Amarack. 

Conflict/Action: Parzival, makes it through the last gate, and has to play a game perfectly in order to get to the next part, once he succeeds he makes it a version of Monty Python's holy grail where he has to say the lines in it, Then once he makes it through that he goes into Amarack's office, and finds the Ester egg, and takes over the Oasis. 

Predictions: I predict that Parzival will end up adding in a couple of worlds into the Oasis. 

Rose/Bud/Thorn: My rose is that Parzival won the the contest, my bud is the movie witch is being made right now, and my thorn is that the book is over and that their wont be another one.

Rose/Bud/Thorn: My rose is that Ned is happy and in what he calls "Paradise", my bud are the things to come, and my thorn is the moment that hasen't come yet when Ned realizes that it is far from "Paradise".

Conflict/Action: Neddie wants to join the marines, and his parents don't want him to, and tell him to wait another year. Next year Neddie comes back to his parents' house and they let him join on one condition, that they can throw a going away party for him. 

 

Predictions: I predict that Neddie will die, because the marines will leave him behind to die.

Conflict/Action: Neddie goes to a boarding school were he will learn how to speak English, at this school it is against the rules to speak in Navajo, which is his native tong. He is a stand up student, but he and his friends still meet up and practise Navajo.

Predictions: I Predict that Neddie will get caught talking in Navajo and will put no blame on his friends

Rose/Bud/Thorn: My rose is that Neddie is not giving up his native language. My bud is things to come, and my thorn is Neddie leaving his home.

Lord of The Rings

Book Title:Lord of the Rings

Book Author:J.R.R Tolkien

Time/Pages Read: 28 min\28 pages

Characters: In the part of Lord of The Rings that I just read, the characters are, Frodo Baggins, Samwise Gamgee, Strider the Archer, Pippen, Meriadoc, Barliman Butterbur, Fatty Bolger, and the Dark riders.

Conflict/Action: They made it to a mountain which they had to climb, but it was incredibly steep. Once they made it over they found the path that Bilbo went on in the hobbit, and found the trolls that were turned to stone Bilbo. Then they get chased by the Dark Riders and Frodo tells them to go back to Mordor.  

Predictions: I predict that Frodo will get sucked into the ring.

Rose/Bud/Thorn: My rose was them seeing the trolls. My bud is the next book. And my thorn is Frodo sleeping so much.
